Pampanga Viral Candy Vendor Lolo Pops Dies Three Days After Wife’s Death
LOLO POPS – The viral candy vendor in Pampanga has passed away at the age of 75, only three days after his wife joined our creator.
Recently, the Facebook page Lolo lito “lolo lollipop” announced the death of Angelito Gino-Gino known as Lolo Pops. The sad news quickly circulated online and saddened the online community.
The post announced the passing of Lolo Pops just three days after his wife, Pacita dela Cruz Gino-Gino, passed away. However, the elderly vendor’s cause of death is still unknown, as of this writing.
Lolo Pops gained popularity during the pandemic when someone shared his photo selling polvoron at a drive-thru, leading to him opening a Shopee account (Lolo Pop’s Polvoron & Pastillas) to sell nationwide.
His granddaughter Kristal Mhay announced his passing on Facebook with a heartfelt tribute, expressing gratitude for the love and support they received.
As news spread, people shared cherished memories, expressing how Lolo Pops brought sweetness to their lives with his kindness and resilience, aside from his delicious ‘polvoron’ and ‘pastillas’.
The community mourns his loss while celebrating the life of this beloved vendor and the enduring love he shared with his late wife Pacita.
