In the video, an elderly tricycle driver can be seen looking distressed and anxious after the collision with a car. According to reports, he couldn’t control the brakes of his tricycle because he had suffered a stroke.

The police took the tricycle driver to the station to record his statement and to understand the circumstances of the accident better. The authorities are expected to consider his medical condition when assessing the incident.
