Anne Curtis On Doing “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” PH

The secret’s out! Anne Curtis is doing this series’ Philippine adaptation.

Kapamilya superstar Anne Curtis is Emilia “Mia” Hernandez for the PH adaptation of “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” PH.

Last year, the cast for the upcoming Philippine adaptation of “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” has been announced. As reported, Kapamilya stars Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, and Carlo Aquino will be on the lead.

This was announced during the ABS-CBN Christmas Special last year. The K-Drama was headlined by Kim Soo-hyun and Seo Yea-ji in Korea. This story is about Moon Kang Tae and Go Moon Young, two characters which will be portrayed by Garcia and Curtis, respectively.

The Filipino adaptation of “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” also marks Anne’s television series comeback. The last series she did was “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw” and this is also her first time to be working with Aquino and Garcia.

Recently, the adaptation has been officially launched and Anne has this to say about accepting the project. In the event, Anne expressed that it’s definitely worth it and that when it was offered to her, she instantly accepted it as she herself is a fan of this series.

This project serving as her comeback project is also worth it as she would not accept a project that is not worth leaving her family to shoot. She added, “When they first offered to me, it was an instant yes because I so love the original and I couldn’t let it pass.”
