Here Are Veteran Actresses Paulo Avelino Wants To Work With
PAULO AVELINO – Actor Paulo Avelino revealed the names of the veteran actresses he wants to work with.
As much as possible, Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino initially didn’t want to have a love team, but suddenly, Kim Chiu entered his life. He preferred to experiment and explore as an actor and knew he couldn’t do this if he were tied down to a partner or leading lady.
Aside from this, he also dreams of working behind the camera because he believes he can do many things aside from acting. “In my case, sinubukan ko talagang iwasan for the longest time because I really wanted to grow as an actor,” he said.
“I really wanted to study everything behind, sa likod ng camera,” Paulo said in an interview with Luis Manzano for his YouTube channel. But then came their hit drama series with Kim, “Linlang,” and the Pinoy version of the Korean series “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim,” both of which are followed by many people.
Regarding Kim’s adjustment, “Ganoon din, eh. Parang same like me parang may mga adjustments sa start then eventually mas nakukuha na namin yung vision ng director at mga showrunners namin. Mas nabibigay na namin ng tama ‘yung mga gusto nila.”
“It was a very drastic change because Linlang was really so heavy kasi it tackles adultery and may mga bata na involved. Hindi siya madali,” he said.
Pau also praised Kim’s talent as an actress, and he’s still game if their on-screen tandem continues.

Paulo Avelino also expressed immense gratitude to the KimPau fans, saying, “I’m very appreciative. To be honest, for them to keep on posting, keep on editing stuff, keep on tweeting, that takes time and effort and I appreciate the time and effort.
Luis also asked him if he still has dream roles, “May mga genres ako na hindi ko pa nagagawa na I’ve been wanting to do like a big sci-fi movie. Parang wala pang masyadong gumagawa dito sa Pilipinas.
He also mentioned that he still has many dreams of working with in the future, “I haven’t worked with Ms. Tessie Tomas, Vilma Santos, Nora Aunor, Sharon Cuneta, marami pa po talaga.”
“Lagi kong gusto makatrabaho sila dahil mind opening ‘yung mga matututunan mo from them not just in front of the camera but also behind,” said Pau.
