Many were sad about the split of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim and according to the story from Ogie Diaz, this is how it happened.
Last December 2023, Kim Chiu and Xian Lim’s split in real life was confirmed. In a statement, the Kapamilya actress shared this heartbreaking news, a story that has been actually circulating online for many months already prior to the confirmation.
Kim released an official statement about the split and it stated there that the split was a mutual decision. It was not disclosed how it happened and the reason behind it that led to the said heartbreaking decision.
However, someone shared a story to Ogie Diaz.
In his new vlog, Diaz discussed something about the former celebrity couple. According to him, some people told him that they’d seen the actor and his rumored new girlfriend Iris Lee being sweet to each other in Bangkok. According to these people, they’ve even them holding each other’s hand most of the time.
“May nag-chika sa akin na mukhang sila na nga raw dahil bukod sa holding hands while walking, ewan ko kung true to, kasi sa isang hotel may mga Pilipino rin na naroroon… Mahirap magbigay ng malisya baka naman kasi magka-trabaho lang sila… Kung totoong sa isang kwarto lang sila nag-stay,” Diaz says. But the showbiz reporter cannot say if this is true or not as he has no idea about their real score yet.
In the same video, they also talked about one Kim and Xian. Mrena, from behind, asked: “Ano bang dahilan bakit inisplitan nitong si Xian Lim si Kim Chiu?”
Diaz expressed no one knows the reason behind the split but the story of how it happened reached him. As per the source of Diaz, there was this one day when the actor asked the Chinita Princess to cook him a steak.
She obliged but while they were eating, that was when the actor allegedly made his dialogue. Based on the claims to which Diaz stressed that can be denied by the involved celebrities, Xian expressed, “Tapusin na natin yung ating relasyon parang wala rin namang patutunguhan. Ayaw din naman sa’kin ng family at ng iba mong friends.”
Diaz shared that this claim is not the whole truth. This could be exaggerated or lacking details but it all started with the steak based on the video.
