The last project that actors Andrea Brillantes and Kyle Echarri did was “Senior High”. It was the same project where they did their first on-screen kiss. This scene went viral and their chemistry clicked to many viewers.
Last year, the KyleDrea resurrected and their friendship and closeness also did as well.
The actress became open last year in sharing that she is open to dating the actor in real life, but in the future. She admitted this in one of her vlogs, “Pass for now. Pass for now kasi kakabalik lang namin sa isa’t isa. Yung buhay namin, mag-best friends pa lang kami. Pero siguro in the future, ewan ko, I would date him.”
Recently, in the new vlog of the actress, she shared the content they did as demanded by their fans – the Jowa Challenge. For a day, they are going to act as lovers and it never did fail to make their fans feel kilig.
At the start of the video, she received a big bouquet from the actor, and in the following “chapters” of the video, they did all sorts of activities that couples do. These activities include eating out, talking, hold each other’s hands, visiting attractions, and among others.
All of these, as clarified, were done for entertainment purposes.
In a report from ABS-CBN, the actor was asked about the possibility of all these being translated into real life. What was his response? It’s accordingly uncertain but amid the uncertainty, he is not closing doors.
“Maybe you’ll never know. Hindi naman ako pwede humindi, hindi pwede umoo. You’ll never know what happens,” he said which is true in real life. He cannot tell for sure but for now, he is contented of their strong friendship.
