A big family is a happy home to come home to. A big family means having a lot of people in your life to share a lot of things with, may it be happiness or sorrow. A big family is having that feeling of security that there are going to be a lot of people to stay beside you and support you no matter what happens.
And for couple Kristine Hermosa and Oyo Sotto, their big and growing family also serves as their “entertainment”.
In an interview with Modern Parenting Philippines, their bonding is already an ultimate gift. The Sotto clan is quite a big one and being a part of this family made Hermosa fee excited about life when she married Oyo Boy Sotto.
In a previous article, Kristine and Oyo announced their 6th pregnancy.
What’s entertaining for her is seeing her family bond together. She said, “Entertainment para sakin ‘yon just by watching them talking to each other. Nae-entertain talaga ako saka hindi ka nauubusan. If the other one is not at home, for sure, may isa jan na you can talk to.”
It makes her feel happy to hear and see many people around her. This is what ultimately matters to her – to be with her. Sotto echoed the same thoughts. Having a big family is also making him happy and he would always remind the children how lucky they are in having each other.
According to them, with their five children and the sixth one on the way, their household is always loud and filled with “happy riot”. It feels like there’s always a party.
