About the restaurant
The head chef is Chef Hanna Sanchez who has worked in Ritz Carlton’s AAA Five Diamond award restaurant in Florida, Salt. She was also able to work closely with Chef Rick Laughlin and Chef Brandon Dienger.
Siago offers unique food and beverage journey. They serve premium coffee blends, homemade cocktails, array of liquor and wine, and cuisine of Central and South America fused with traditional Filipino flavors.
