A male customer has expressed his frustration after finding a lizard inside the rice cakes he purchased from a vendor.

Recently, Gaylon Joemarie, a Facebook user, shared photos of the rice cakes he purchased. The post immediately spread like wildfire on social media and received various reactions from netizens.
In the photos, it can be seen that there is a lizard inside the rice cake he bought. Joemarie seemed disgusted by what he witnessed and decided to post it on social media to warn the public.
Joemari warned those who love to buy or eat rice cakes every Sunday in Murcia, Negros Occidental to be careful because he found a lizard in the rice cakes bought by his mother.
He reminded the public to always check the food we buy to ensure its quality and safety. The incident may serve as a reminder to be meticulous when purchasing food items, especially those that are pre-packaged or sealed.
However, not all rice cakes sold in the area are contaminated, it might just be an isolated case.
