Are you one of the people who is currently in the processing of deciding to move your flight schedule? If your ticket has been booked under the Cebu Pacific Air, the airline allows the changing of the flight schedule under certain conditions.
The Cebu Pacific Air is one of the airlines that operate in the Philippines for decades now. It offers both domestic and international flights. Undeniably, a lot of passengers book their flights way ahead of time for cheaper flight prices.
However, due to certain situations at times since the flight was booked weeks or months ahead, there might be a need for a Cebu Pacific rebooking of flight. You can check the details below should you wish to change your flight schedule.
To rebook your flight means to move your flight to another date or time. In the case of Cebu Pacific rebooking, it is open under voluntary situations provided there might be a rebooking fee or a light difference on the fare for doing so.
For voluntary conditions, rebooking the flight is allowed up to two (2) hours prior to the original schedule of your flight. In the case of flight disruptions, the passenger is allowed to rebook his/her flight up to 30 days after the original flight date for free. In case the rebooking will be done after 30 days, there might be charges already.
How to process a Cebu Pacific rebooking of flight? You can voluntarily rebook your flight online through your MyCebuPacific account or you may also visit the airline’s website for the rebooking.
You can rebook your flight at any time and date available in the system. It is usually 365 days from the present date. You can rebook your flight multiple times provided that it is always done two (2) hours prior to the flight and the fees are paid.
However, rebooking your flight and changing the destination is not allowed. The said feature only allows the changing of the flight schedule and not rerouting the destination. Here are the four (4) main steps in changing your flight schedule:
- Step 1 — Visit the Manage Booking page.
- Step 2 — Enter your Booking Reference Number and last name that you used in booking the flight. You may continue as a guest or continue as a member if you already have a MyCebuPacific account.
- Step 3 — Look for the disrupted flights under the ‘Bookings & Boarding Pass’ section and then tap/click the ‘View Options’ button.
- Step 4 — Once a rebooking is allowed, the rebooking option will appear.
