This is regarding to the video that leaked online which showed what happened that day. According to the actor, the first police officer who arrived first was the one who recorded the events.

“Kapag ongoing investigation, dapat walang leakage. Meron tayong privacy ng family, meron din tayong confidential data information. So, mishandling talaga… Remember, this is the very same day na in total shock pa ang family and then nadagdagan pa ng insensitivity ng pulis,” his lawyer said.

“Public and widespread” apology

The video has leaked widely and in the part of the family, the apology must be done of the same intensity – widespread, as well. They were traumatized because of this but they don’t plan on filing legal action versus the involved people including the netizens who shared the clips online.

The “negligent handling of the investigation” and “consequent media attacks” caused them “immense emotional distress”. They strongly denounced the mismanagement and lapses in the case by the Investigation Team, hence, the accountability they are asking for.

He is disappointed as to how the authorities mishandled the case from the leaked video to reports with his address on it and the vlogs with foul accusations at him.
