Cristy Fermin talked about the Kim Chiu-Xian Lim breakup
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin said that if Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu will have her “pasabog,” this will end the showbiz career of her ex-boyfriend Kapuso actor Xian Lim.
Kim and Xian have been together for 12 years. They were known as the KimXi loveteam when they were both under the management of ABS-CBN. Although Xian decided to transfer to GMA, KimXi fans continue to support them individually.
However, in the latter part of 2023, rumors of their breakup kept on lingering on social media and showbiz topics online.
Eventually, before 2023 ended, Kim Chiu and Xian Lim confirmed their breakup. However, they did not reveal the reason for their separation after more than a decade of being together.
Rumor has it that Xian has a new girl in his life as he was linked to a film producer while some rumors pointed out that Kim had enough after nothing happened in their relationship even though they have been together for 12 years already.
In a recent episode of Cristy Fermin’s showbiz talk show, based on the article in Bandera, Xian’s career will be compromised if Kim decides to speak about their breakup.
The veteran showbiz writer said that her source spoke about the issue between Kim and Xian. “Mabait itong si Kim Chiu. Respetedo niya ang kaniyang kapuwa. Edukado siya. Kapag ito ang nagsalita, matinding pasabog ang kalalabasan. Kapag nagsalita na raw si Kim Chiu, good bye na sa kaniyang career si Xian Lim. Ano kayang ibig sabihin noon?” Cristy said.
With this, Cristy’s co-host Romel Chika asked what Kim wanted the public to know and that because of this, different thoughts come to people’s minds. Cristy mentioned that Kim is known for not saying anything bad to her ex-boyfriends, just like what happened when she and Gerald Anderson broke up.
“Ewan ko lang this time, ha. Dito kay Xian Lim. Kasi mukhang pabor sa kanya ang lahat ng tao na ‘mabuti naman nagtanggal ka na ng helmet sa ulo. Nauntog ka na sa katotohanan,’” Cristy added.
