In an interview with Luis Manzano, she quipped that one of the lowest point of her life involves her marriage. It impaired her emotionally and financially. But it was just only later when she realized the financial impact.
One of her greatest regrets is not having a prenup agreement.
Currently, she is fighting to have the things that are hers. She shared the things she went through but what she is fighting for right now is for her children. She is fighting to gain what’s hers because of her children.
“Kukunin ko na ulit kung ano yung aking and we’re talking about hundreds of millions ha,” she said. The actress did not disclose the real amount but she shared that in just one bank where she kept over Php 100 million of her money, she was only left with Php 7 million to her devastation.
Right now, he is accordingly going after their house, a property she acquired when she was still young.
This is devastating for her. The devastation stems from the fact that the things she worked hard for and was able to get through her blood, sweat, and tears were taken away from her that easily.
She did not fight for the money back then but now that her children are growing, she needed those back.
“But now na lumalaki yung mga anak tas kukunin mo yung bahay? Yung bahay namin? Dun na! Yun na yung sinabi ng lahat ng tao. Magva-VAWC na tayo. Kukunin ko na kung ano yung dapat sa ‘kin. Maglabasan na tayo,” she said in the interview.
