Bride Airs Dismay Towards Shameless Gatecrashers for Invading her Wedding
Shameless gatecrashers invaded a wedding and indulged in the feast, leaving legitimate guests without seats.
On November 7, 2023, bride Jacqueline Ng took to Facebook to share her frustration about the incident that disrupted the plans she meticulously arranged for her special day. The invasion of uninvited guests not only created confusion but also displaced her legit visitors.
Jacqueline explained that she had dedicated a week to planning the seating arrangements, hoping to ensure that each guest had a designated spot. However, her efforts were in vain as her true guests struggled to find available seats amidst the uninvited crowd.
“Have you seen a bride frantically planning the seating arrangements before the walk-in?” lamented reiterated in her Facebook post.
Fortunately, some legitimate guests who couldn’t attend allowed their seats to be filled by those displaced, ease the seating crisis to some extent.
According to the reports, one gatecrasher had initially claimed to be Jacqueline’s neighbor. However, this scheme was quickly exposed when a genuine neighbor at the table denied ever seeing the gatecrasher in the neighborhood. The gatecrasher shamelessly moved to another table.
Another gatecrasher seated at a different table justified their presence by arriving late and claiming they couldn’t find their original seat.
After the ceremony, Jacqueline was informed by her invited former classmates that they had unfamiliar “guests” seated next to them, suspecting them to be gatecrashers. A concerned guest reported an elderly couple sitting nearby, alleging that the older man had encouraged others to consume all the prepared alcoholic beverages.

The bride expressed her frustration, emphasizing that it wasn’t about being stingy but about the disruption caused by uninvited guests.
“It’s not that I’m being calculative and cannot afford to treat people to food, but this situation is different. I wanted to keep mum about it, but there were too many uninvited guests who took up my guests’ seats and caused chaos,” she added.
