Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu is facing breakup rumors and social media personality Xian Gaza has this question to her.
The last quarter of 2023 seemed to be like the season of celebrity breakups. Topping the list that was just recently confirmed is the split of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. Married celebrity couple Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez were also rumored to have broken up and also on the list is celebrity couple KimXi or Kim Chiu and Xian Lim.
In a previous article, the Kapamilya actress spoke about the rumors. Kim’s statement about the rumored split was, “Grabe … sa amin na lang ‘yun, we’ll just keep it to ourselves na muna,”
Whatever the truth is, it appears that they are not yet ready to speak about it.
Adding fuel to the fire is social media personality Xian Gaza who is also dubbed the “Pambansang Marites”. In a Facebook post, he called out the Kapamilya actress to ask who is “Iris Lee”.
In the comment section, he jokingly blamed Ogie Diaz and added, “Good night po sa lahat except sa kapangalan ko pero Lim.”

Meanwhile, in a new episode of “It’s Showtime” where Chiu is one of the regular hosts, Vice Ganda teased her during their show’s new segment “Expecially For You”. This segment features two people who are ex-lovers and the superstar comedian asks her with some smooth transition in what he is meaning:
“Si Kim [Chiu] inom na inom. Kim [Chiu] among araw ka sasalang dito… bilang host?”
Rumors of Chiu and Lim’s breakup have been going around since the beginning of November. It all started when fans noticed the couple’s apparent lack of posts together on social media. They have been together since 2012 but only confirmed their relationship in 2018.
Among the popular projects they have worked together are My Binondo Girl, Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo, Bride for Rent, and Past Tense.
