Step 1 — Register to the E-Application of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) using your valid e-mail address. You can right away log in if you already have an account.
Step 2 — Access the email sent to you and answer the questions in the Eligibility Module.
Step 3 — Proceed to the next modules such as the following:
