Lolit Solis and Bea Alonzo met during a recent event
Veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis talked about her reconciliation with Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo after the issues surfaced between them.
Lolit had quite a series of tirades against Bea on her Instagram page. The writer has been sharing her thoughts, showbiz gossip, and entertainment news on her page on the photo-sharing social media platform.
Because of this, it is inevitable that she would receive bashing, especially from the fans of the celebrities she is talking about on her social media page.
One of the long-running issues that she tackled on her page was about Bea Alonzo. Lolit Solis started criticizing the actress, especially when she started doing her first Kapuso series Start-Up PH with Pambansang Bae Alden Richards.
This did not sit well with the fans of the actress, as well as her manager Shirley Kuan who addressed the tirades from the veteran showbiz writer. In October last year, Lolit apologized to Bea. On the other hand, she was expelled from the Professional Artists Managers, Inc. (PAMI), as she is also a talent manager.
Just recently, Lolit and Bea met during an event organized by the beauty company Beautederm. It was Beautederm CEO Rhea Anicoche-Tan who became the bridge of this reconciliation.
Following that meeting after her apology to Bea, Lolit shared a write-up on her Instagram page. She said that she was happy to see and reconcile with the actress. Lolit also recalled how the issue between her and Bea started.
“Nagsimula lang naman iyan sa Start Up na pinagsamahan nila ni Alden Richards. Bashing ang napala ko dahil duon, at sa kag@gahan ko pinatulan ko naman na ang naging biktima si Bea Alonzo,” she wrote.
Lolit stressed that when she realized that she was wrong, she wanted to apologize to the actress and this happened during the birthday celebration of Rhea Tan. The showbiz writer said that because of this, she does not feel guilt anymore toward Bea. However, she still has this slight tirade.
“Kaya natuwa ako dahil now nawala na guilt ko kay Bea pero galit parin ako sa mga Ugly Fat Ladies na hangga ngayon nakatanga sa paligid ni Bea hah hah,” Lolit Solis quipped.
