Another Barretto becomes a calendar girl for a beverage brand and that is Julia Barretto!
Famous actress model Julia Barretto is Tanduay’s 2024 calendar girl as announced by the brand just recently.
Following in the footsteps of her aunt Gretchen Barretto, actress Julia Barretto becomes the latest family of this famous beverage brand as its 2024 calendar girl. The brand introduced her on Tuesday and also released some of her sizzling photos.
The announcement was made through a behind-the-scenes video featuring Julia. During the launch, the actress expressed that she was both nervous and excited. she is honored to be chosen as the brand’s representative for 2024.
“Excited but nervous because it means having to be a lot more braver in expressing myself,” Julia told the press.
She hopes that she made the brand and the team proud of what she did which was already a few months ago already. This is accordingly the kind of project that pushes her to be more confident in showing some skin.
In the photo that was released, she was styled by Cath Sobrevega and Jem Arboleda. She was wearing a red floral two-piece. Her smokey eyelids and a glossy nude lip complemented her whole look.
“I am flattered. As you grow older you end up being more confident in who you are, in your own skin. If that translates people to be brave, to come out of their shell, I’ll take it,” she said.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that the actress showed this much skin for a project. To recall, in the movie Expensive Candy with Carlo Aquino, she played the role of a hooker who fell in love with a school teacher.
Julia is currently in a relationship with Gerald Anderson. In a previous article, Gerald talked about the wedding with the actress. He expressed that it is a part of his plan, however, he wanted to give more time to his partner in exploring her career as she is still young. He is also not comfortable being asked as he cannot disclose any details about this matter.
