Will Kris Aquino return to television?
KRIS AQUINO – The Queen Of All Media has this response to a follower who is hoping for her to return to television.
On the first week of October this year, Queen Of All Media Kris Aquino shared an update about her improving health condition. Things are looking to look good and just like she always says, she is grateful for people who are praying for her recovery.
In Kris’ latest health update, the 52-year-old also noted that she is surviving the side effects of her medicines for the treatment of her autoimmune conditions. She is also hopeful to reach remission by 18 to 20 months and to come back to the Philippines in six.
On a side note, she shared that she and her sons have settled into their rental home which has an ideal location. It is near the sea and close to one of her doctors.
Because of her disease, her fans and supporters have not seen her on television for a long time. As much as we all know, Aquino is a multi-awarded host and actress and she was also the top endorser of her time.
She is most loved for her horror films, a couple of which include Feng Shui and Sukob, which are the highest-grossing Filipino films of 2004 and 2006, respectively.
Will she come back once she’s recovered?
In a post, one of her followers wished her well and for her recovery so she could finally have a television comeback. However, it seems like it is not happening yet.
In a reply, she wrote, “I would love to but [I’ve] changed so much, and experienced life’s pain and sorrow. I’m now a different me with other missions in my mind.”
It looks like her supporters won’t be seeing her anytime soon.
To recall, Aquino has been battling autoimmune diseases since 2018. She was first diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria and in 2022, she got erosive gastritis and gastric ulcer. She decided to fly to the US to seek medication as other treatments are not available in the Philippines.
