A high school student brings good vibes online for turning his teacher into a notebook cover star.
MarkGil Valderama, a Facebook user, shared a photo of his co-teacher who became an instant notebook cover star. The post quickly circulated online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
Valderama and his co-teacher, Sir Leinbert, found themselves facing an unusual task: selecting the “best notebook” among the creations of their students. As is customary in their school, students often use color-coded notebooks for different subjects.
On September 15, 2023 (Friday), the two teachers were summoned by the faculty to help make this important decision. Mark took the task seriously and reviewed all the notebooks. However, something unexpected happened when he nearly completed checking the notebooks.
MarkGil burst into laughter when he saw his Leinbert’s picture on one of the covers. The teacher realized that his colleague was just joking around, wanting him to see the student’s notebook cover. He was so delighted that he jokingly threw the notebook towards the trash can.
“Seryoso po ako namili nung bandang dulo po, natawa po ako pic niya nandoon yun pala nangti-trip siya gusto niya lang po makita ko uung cover ng notebook ng student niya. Sa sobrang tuwa ko po hinagis ko yung notebook papuntang basurahan [tapos] sabi ko yung mukha na yan pang basurahan, pero nagbibiruan lang po kami noon. Nagulat nga din daw po siya na pic niya yung cover ng notebook ng student,” Valderama said.
