Regine Velasquez Congratulates SB19 On Winning Billboard Fan Army Face-Off

Regine Velasquez has this message for SB19 and A’TIN

Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez congratulated P-Pop Kings SB19, as well as the A’TIN, for winning the Billboard Fan Army Face-Off.

Billboard’s Fan Army showbiz this year opened last July 5 with 64 artists. This was trimmed down to the face-off between the fans of SB19, known as A’TIN, and the fans of K-Pop group SEVENTEEN called CARATS.

The voting was closed on August 8, at 11:59 PM, and the Pinoy artists reigned supreme because of their dedicated fans.

SB19 won as they got 51.1 percent of the vote versus SEVENTEEN’s 48.9 percent. Many Pinoy celebrities also showed support for the P-Pop Kings who encouraged their fans to vote also.

Following the triumph that the quintet and their fandom have achieved, messages of support poured on social media.

During the August 9 episode of Kapamilya morning show Magandang Buhay, Momshie Regine Velasquez, together Momshies Jolina Magdangal and Melai Cantiveros, congratulated SB19 and A’TIN.

We would like to congratulate SB19 na nanalo sa 2023 Billboard Fan Army Face-Off. Congratulations to A’TIN dahil sa inyo rin ang tagumpay na ito,” the Asia’s Songbird said.

Regine also thanked all the fans who supported the P-Pop group. She added that this is something that makes her feel proud because the fans of SB19 were able to defeat the fans of internationally-acclaimed artists like Cardi B and other artists from South Korea.

Jolina mentioned that even other nationalities are joining the Gento dance craze. The said new single of SB19 under their second EP Pagtatag was released last May.

Then, Regine Velasquez said that artists become successful, especially on the international stage, because of the support from the community. “Maraming maraming salamat sa lahat ng sumuporta. Kilig na kilig tayo ah,” the seasoned singer added.
