This is what Markus Paterson said about the possibility of getting back with Janella Salvador.
In an interview with Ogie Diaz, actor Markus Paterson expressed that he is not thinking of getting back with the mother of his son.
Last September 2022, Kapamilya actress Janella Salvador confirmed that she and Markus Paterson are no longer together. They have a son named Jude and their separation did not hinder them from becoming parents to their child.
They have a very good co-parenting set-up. Janella confirmed her split with Markus by saying that she is now a single mother.
In a previous article, Janella said co-parenting with Markus is peaceful and okay. She expressed, “Okay naman kami, we are co-parenting nang maayos. Okay naman, wala namang problema.”
Is there any possibility of them getting back together?
In an interview with Ogie Diaz, the actor answered this honestly. According to him, for now, he does not have such a thought in his mind. He can’t say a definite answer because they don’t see each other that often anymore and when they talk, it’s only all about Jude, their son.
He can also see that she’s with her work and she doing just fine.
“Di pumapasok sa isip ko na parang ‘do i wanna get back to her?’ or it’s just that it’s not priority right now for either of us, I feel. Parang mas focus kami kay Jude ngayon,” he said.
Even “panliligaw” is not on his mind right now.
In the same interview, he shared that he also misses being taken care of by someone since he’s been single for quite some time now. He also misses having someone he can talk to about his thoughts.
However, being single for this amount of time helped him redirect his focus on himself.
