Seasoned actress Carmina Villarroel has this reaction to people connecting her post to what Kapamilya singer Darren Espanto said.
To recall, Darren clarified the real score between him and Kapuso actress Cassy Legaspi, Carmina’s daughter with Zoren Legaspi. This created an issue somehow because netizens speculated that Cassy and Carmina’s social media posts after that statement were allegedly their answer to Darren.
However, Cassy has previously clarified that she is just fond of sharing songs on her Instagram page while her mom loves to share Bible verses and quotes. She also echoed Darren’s statement that they are best friends.
Previously, Darren stressed that there was no conflict between him and Cassy. The Kapamilya singer added that he has no problem with Cassy’s parents.
Even Cassy’s twin brother Mavy Legaspi explained his mom’s posts. In a recent episode of the Showbiz Update vlog, talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz shared Carmina Villarroel’s reaction to this issue.
“Ang sabi sa akin ni Carmina, nagtataka rin daw siya. Bakit pilit na ikino-connect sa mga cryptic post niya ‘yong mga nangyayari sa mga isyu sa kanyang mga anak,” Ogie shared.
He added that Carmina stressed that her post on Instagram has nothing to do with Darren and that it is normal for her to share that kind of post. She was thankful to Ogie for defending her.
“Kasi, kapag meron daw siyang nadadampot sa FB na maganda at worth i-post, ipino-post daw niya. Kaya nagpapasalamat siya ay nagpapasalamat sa atin. Buti na lang daw e dinedepensa natin siya,” the talent manager-vlogger added.
