Ez Mil Talks About Meeting Eminem, Dr. Dre

Fil-Am rapper Ez Mil talked about the time he had his first meeting with American rappers Eminem and Dr. Dre.

Ez, Ezekiel Miller Sapiera in real life, is known for his unique sound. When he introduced his song Panalo, this went viral right away, especially his Wish Bus USA performance which gained admiration from music enthusiasts and celebrities as well.

Although that viral song received criticism due to a particular part of the lyrics in which he mentioned Lapu-Lapu who is considered one of the Philippine heroes. The Mayor of Lapu-Lapu City even wanted to declare him persona non grata.

However, Ez Mil refused to change that particular part of the song and eventually, the issue died down.

Just recently, the Fil-Am rapper shared a photo with Eminem and Dr. Dre. It is because he officially signed a contract with the labels of American rappers. This garnered celebration from Pinoy celebrities and many fans.

In a recent post on X, ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe shared a post about the Fil-Am rapper. Ez Mil shared what happened during his first meeting with Eminem and Dr. Dre.

He said that initially, they were just told that they will have a confidential meeting. With this, he has no idea who was the other party and when they finally met, it was surprising for him.

“Unang lumabas sa amin, confidential meeting muna. Nung nalaman kong sila na, nabaliw na ko nun,” the Fil-Am rapper shared. Eminem and Dr. Dre have the chance to listen to Ez’s unreleased tracks that he has been working on.

“Pinarinig ko lang sa kanila mismo, and sabi ni Dr Dre, ‘yeah Marshall gonna eat that up’ sabi ko ‘yeah give it to me’. It’s still crazy to me, but we’re here na,” he shared.

Ez Mil’s newest track Realest features Eminem and its release will be on August 4.
