Among the mesmerizing actresses of the industry is Kapuso artist Andrea Torres. She was actually first seen on ABS-CBN in 2005 but in 2008, she decided to move to GMA. And it is in GMA that she made it big.
She is famous for her roles in WeTV Original series BetCin, Legal Wives, Alyas Robinhood, The Better Woman, and The Millionaire’s Wife.
Just like the other celebrities, her relationship is also publicized and her last relationship was with Derek Ramsay. Andrea and Derek’s relationship have been together for over a year before they broke up.
Shortly after their split, Derek was reported to be dating another actress who is now his wife. Derek Ramsay’s wife is Ellen Adarna and they tied the knot after a whirlwind romance. He once spoke about his split with Andrea and in an interview, he revealed that they broke up over the phone and he was the one to initiate it.
Among the reasons behind the split between Andrea and Derek was their different values.
And recently, in an interview in FTWBA of Boy Abunda, the actress spoke about her ex-boyfriends and exposed that she’s actually friends with most of them but not all of them.
She is the type to believe that if a relationship did not work out between two people, it does not necessarily mean that they have to be mad and angry at each other. For the sake of “pinagsamahan” and considering that what they have had was founded with love, it is only right to be friends.
“Kahit may cheating [na nangyari], hindi ako gagawa ng bagay na ikasisira ng ex ko. Okay na po na kaming dalawa ang mag-usap,” she said in the interview.
In the same conversation, the actress shared that she is still single but stronger. In every relationship she has had, her character is also built because of that relationship. Every experience gives her confidence and makes her realize that she can actually do the things she thought she can’t do.
