Xander Arizala to Sue Makagwapo After Losing in a Boxing Match
Social media personality Xander Arizala to sue Christian Merck Grey or popularly known as Makagwapo after losing in their boxing match.
Xander took to social media and posted a video in which he announced his intention to pursue charges against Makagwapo after losing his boxing bout against the latter on ‘Battle of the Youtubers’ (BOTY) last June 18. Xander was knocked out in the second round of their fight.
Xander stated in his video that Christian cheated during their match, causing him to lose consciousness at the start of round 2. According to Xander, he intended to obtain a medico-legal certificate to assist him in holding Christian legally liable for what occurred.
The influencer lamented that despite not being a professional boxer, Christian and BOTY owner Mark Jayson Warnakulahewa still urged him to face the latter. Xander stated that the outcome of his match against Christian rendered him bedridden for several days, preventing him from working.
“Sobra-sobrang pandadaya yung ginawa nyo sa akin. Yung ginawa niyo sa akin na pinalaro niyo ako dun sa gitna ng boxing ring kahit hindi ako professional. Sana wala nang gantong mangyari sa ibang tao.” Xander said.
“Christian Merck Grey, napakasinungaling mo, sana matapos na ‘yang kalokohan mo. Sana wala ka ng lokohin katulad sakin at sana wala ka ng mapahiyang tao,” he added.
According to him, the money handed to him by Merck is insufficient to compensate for his pain. “Kulang pa ‘yung mga binayad mo sakin sa ginawa mo sakin ngayon,” he said.
Before the video ended, Xander demonstrated how well his partner Gena Mago looked after and cared for him. The feud between Xander and Christian began when the former demanded that the latter pay him P349,000 to the baptism of his son.
