Lady Teacher Touches Hearts of Netizens After Sharing Untold Struggles of Students
A lady teacher has shared the untold struggles of students “KAYA PALA DI SIYA MAKASABAY SA ARALIN DAHIL WALANG BAON”.
Teacher Joy Alcantara couldn’t help but feel a mix of emotions as she recounted her recent encounter with a grade 7 student who reportedly had no food allowance.
On a supervised break, Teacher Joy was assigned to a floor to watch over the students. As some students were heading to the canteen, Alcantara decided to join them and buy some snacks.
When the educator entered their section, she noticed one student who hadn’t gone down yet to buy food. The kid didn’t answer and only gave her a sad expression.
Based on Teacher Joy’s account, she discovered that the student in question had no food allowance or money for transportation. At that moment, Teacher Joy made the decision to give her purchased snack to the student.
Teacher Joy further revealed that the student almost cried upon receiving the food she offered.
This heartwarming story sheds light on the hidden struggles that some students face in their daily lives. While teachers and school staff may be aware of certain challenges, there are often unseen battles that students endure silently.

“KAYA PALA DI SIYA MAKASABAY SA ARALIN DAHIL WALANG BAON
Supervised break at ako ang naassign sa isang floor na magbantay ng mga bata. Habang papuntang canteen ang ibang student, nakisabay na din ako magpabili ng meryenda. Lugaw, hotdog, tinapay, at tubig o kahit ano basta magkalaman ang sikmura ko dahil 11:30 pa ako pwede makabalik ng faculty.
Pagpasok ko sa section na ‘yon, tinanong ko ang isang student bakit di pa siya bumaba para bumili ng pagkain. Di siya sumagot, tanging iling lang ang nagawa niya.
Wala ka bang baon? Hindi ka ba nabigyan ni nanay ng pambiling pagkain? 
Tumango lang ang batang ito.
Sunod kong tinanong ay kung may pamasahe ba siya, sumagot ng wala. Naglalakad lang daw siya papasok at pauwi.
Binigay ko sa batang ito yung meryenda ko. Kaya ko naman tiisin ang gutom hanggang uwian pero siya, maglalakad pa ng tanghaling tapat.
Kung ang pasok nila ay 6am at uuwi ng 11:30, walang kain at maglalakad pauwi tirik ang araw, marahil ay tatahimik nalang din ako sa klase. Matutulala. Kasi gutom.
Minsan, nagagalit tayo sa mga estudyanteng di makasagot sa klase sa tuwing tayo ay nagtuturo. Minsan, kinaiinisan natin yung mga batang ito dahil di nila nagagawa yung mga activities sa school. Pero di natin nakikita, may silent battles din sila. Na kahit walang baon at pamasahe ay papasok pa rin sila.”
