Robin Padilla Speaks About Death Of “Pamangkin” John Regala

This is what Robin Padilla said about John Regala’s death.

ROBIN PADILLA – Philippine Senator Robin Padilla has this statement about the death of action star John Regala.

In a previous article, the wife of veteran actor Joh Regala confirmed his death. In a confirmation, she shared that the actor died of cardiac arrest due to liver and kidney complications.

Years ago, he went viral for his miserable situation. He was suffering from liver cirrhosis, gout, and diabetes. 

And this Saturday, it has been confirmed that he passed away due to multiple health ailments. He was confined in critical care for the past three weeks at the New Era General Hospital in Quezon City.

His wake will be at St. Peter Chapels in Tandang Sora and the other details have yet to be confirmed by the family.

And among those who expressed his sadness is the action star and senator, Robin Padilla. Regala is his nephew and in his statement, he thanked those who helped his “pamangkin” before he passed away.

He expressed that his “matapang na pakikibaka sa iyong karamdaman” has finally ended. He thanked the New Era Hospital and Iglesia Ni Kristo for taking care of the actor.

He added, “Hanggang sa mga oras na ito ang kapatiran ng INC ang nag-asikaso sa katawan ng making pamangkin.”

Meanwhile, Regala gained fame as an action star and for his kontrabida roles. He is best known for his portrayals in “Manila Kingpin: The Asiong Salonga Story,” “Askal,” “Zombading: Patayin Sa Shokot Si Remington,” and the original “Encantadia.”

The film Manila Kingpin made him won a best supporting actor award. He was also a part of several television series such as Valiente, 2013’s Ina, Kapatid, Anak, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano and Juan dela Cruz.
