Arrested Police Captain Faces Additional Charges for Punching Fellow Cop at Police Station

The suspect is a member of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 10. The CCTV footage shows Dasilyo raising his hands before punching Solas several times. Solas, a member of the Macabalan Police Station, had arrested Dasilyo.
