67-year-old Businesswoman Killed by Son and Remains Alleged Chopped Into Pieces
A 67-year-old businesswoman was killed by her own son and her remains were allegedly chopped into pieces.
According to Politiko, an elderly woman who owned a restaurant and catering business was allegedly murdered by her own son. The victim’s family has previously requested assistance from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in locating her remains.
Her body was thought to have been dismembered. Based on the evidence of his six-year-old daughter, her son is the major suspect in her death, according to the inquiry.
The NBI stated that they are already tracing where the suspect may have hidden or buried the woman’s severed body parts. The victim’s family has filed a complaint with the NBI accusing the victim’s son.
They claim the woman went missing on Saturday, but they only found out about her alleged murder on Thursday, when the suspect’s daughter told her mother about what she reportedly witnessed at her grandmother’s house. Based on the report, the youngster claimed to have seen her father punch her grandmother in the head, according to the lawsuit.
The defendant allegedly proceeded to cut up his mother’s bodily parts before fleeing the residence. As she was in another room, the six-year-old child stated she heard shouting from her grandmother’s room. Based on the discoloration of the wood tiles, the NBI determined that the victim’s room at her house had been washed clean.
The NBI discovered a bloodied towel in the woman’s son’s room. It has been forwarded to the forensic laboratory for further investigation. Authorities are now looking for further evidence, such as security film, to piece together a fuller picture of what transpired on the day of the suspected disappearance and murder of the woman.
