PANCIT CANTON – The netizens are currently having an argument regarding the best brand of instant fried noodles in the country.

Instant noodles, often known as instant ramen, are a form of dish made up of noodles that are precooked, dried, and marketed with seasoning oil and/or powder. The traditional method for making dried noodle blocks in Asia is still flash-frying cooked noodles; in Western nations, air-dried noodle blocks are preferred.

Blocks of dried noodles should be boiled or soaked in boiling water before consumption. Some Japanese producers will refer to the flavors of instant noodles as “ramen,” a Japanese take on Chinese noodle soup.

Nowadays, instant noodle is one of the most popular food not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Aside from being convenient, most Filipinos also considered it as ‘comfort food’.
