Rabiya Mateo Buys Family 2-Storey House
RABIYA MATEO – Beauty queen-turned-actress Rabiya Mateo showed the 2-storey house she bought for her family.
Rabiya Mateo became well-known after winning the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 competition. She changed careers from being a beauty queen to joining Sparkle GMA Artist Center. Currently, she can be seen on TicktoClock with Pokwang and Kuya Kim Atienza.
In a previous article, the 26-year-old Kapuso star explained that she invested her hard-earned money in businesses rather than blowing it on luxuries. Rabiya said some people pushed her into buying branded things because she’s already an actor.
Because of her mindset, Rabiya Mateo was able to buy her mother a 200 square meter home in Iloilo. She said, “Deserve niya po e. Ilang years din po siya nag sakripisyo for me, ilang years din siya hindi nakabili ng bagong damit kasi iba yung priority niya. Pero this time, it’s my time na to give back. Ako naman, Ma.”

In a post on her Instagram account last January 22, Rabiya Mateo showed the house she bought in Iloilo for her family. She didn’t deny that she felt a bit emotional especially when she thought about their life before.
In a previous interview, Ilongga celebrity described how she and her brother lived in poverty and moved around a lot as children. She said she had to juggle her work and education to make ends meet. Despite the challenges, Rabiya was more driven to pursue her goals.
The actress thanked the people who paved the way for the blessings she received. She also wished that they could make the house more beautiful.
