Chef de Cuisine Sebastian Barcudes and David Hart of Sage Bespoke Grill and John Dee, founder of Australia’s longest existing family-run meat farm, collaborated to serve people premium cuts and meats.

The place serves Hatchet (Tomahawk’s little brother), Gold grain-fed strip loin, and Yarranbrook Steak which is marinade in a spicy beer and chargrilled to perfection.

To complement these meats, Yalumba “Patchwork” Shiraz 2016, Barossa Valley; Stella Bella Cabernet Sauvignon, 2014, Margaret River; and Pirramimma Stock’s Hill Shiraz 2016, Mclaren Vale are also ready to be poured on your glass.

On their lunch menu, guests can choose from a 2-course or 3-course meal.

It has Norwegian Salmon Ceviche, Iceberg Lettuce Salad, and Ceps and wild Mushroom Soup for the starters. For the mains, they can serve Chargrilled John Dee Premium Thick Skirt, Grilled Chicken Breast, and Lapu Lapu a la Plancha. For desserts, they have Cheesecake Sundae and Seasonal Fruit Platter.

On their Lunch and Dinner A la Carte Menu, you may be served Josper Charcoal Grill dishes which you can choose from grass-fed or grain-fed meats. They also have wagyu and other meats such as Veal Chop, Lamb Rack, and Cornfed French Chicken Breast.

The classic mains are Braised Beef Short Rib and Wagyu Beef Burger. They also have vegetarian-friendly mains like Tomato Risotto and Mushroom Tortellini. Foie Gras and Half Main Lobster are their available steak toppers.
