Female Netizen Shares Frightening Experience of Jeep Passenger Who Allegedly Followed Her
A female netizen shared her frightening experience involving a man she had ridden with in a jeepney who kept following her.
Recently, Mary Jane Alanes, a Facebook user, posted a photo of the man she had ridden with in a jeepney who allegedly kept following her. Her post quickly went viral and received reactions from the online community.
According to Mary Jane, the incident happened between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. while she was waiting for a jeepney near the Capitol area. She recalled that a man smiled at her before approaching and attempting to start a conversation.
Although she did not fully understand what he was saying, he repeatedly asked where she was going and whether she was heading to Siniloan.
Despite her attempts to ignore him and avoid the conversation, the man reportedly continued talking to her. Feeling uneasy, she decided to enter a nearby eatery. However, she noticed that the man also entered the establishment and continued looking in her direction, making her feel even more uncomfortable.
When a jeepney arrived, she boarded it, only to find that the same man got on as well. Although they were not seated beside each other, she said he continued to watch her throughout the ride. Feeling nervous, she discreetly took a photo of him.
Her fear grew when she got off near a fast-food restaurant in Pagsanjan and noticed that the man also disembarked. She hurried her pace as he remained behind her. It was only when she entered the restaurant that he eventually walked away.
Even after reaching a safe place, Mary Jane said she was still shaking from fear. She was grateful that she made it home safely after being picked up by her brother.
