Video of Frat Members Lambasting Delivery Rider Wearing Shirt w/ Eagle Print Elicits Reactions Online
Several frat members lambasted a delivery rider for wearing a shirt with an eagle print “Bawal nga yan, hindi ka pala eagle eh”.
A Facebook user named “Luckyboy03” has shared the video footage of some frat members criticizing a delivery rider for wearing a shirt with an eagle print. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles is confronting a delivery rider wearing a long sleeve jersey with an eagle print. The latter told the rider that wearing shirts with such a design is prohibited.
The rider is wearing a shirt with an eagle print containing a Philippine flag. However, it does not include the Fraternal Order of Eagles logo. The rider and the frat members have an exchange of heated arguments.
After a few moments, the deliver employee lost his temper and reiterated “Ako sa online ko binili to, kung kayo may ari ng eagle Pilipinas kayo magbawal.”
Another frat member cursed him and even tried to provoke him. The rider has expressed his disappointment due to the incident.
According to JV Ejercito, the rider did not commit a violation because the shirt does not contain the logo of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He explained that every Filipino has the right to use the eagle design.
“Proud si Kuya Grab na Pilipino dahil may bandila siya sa damit dapat nga ikatuwa pa natin ito Kuya,” Ejercito said.
