Lady Customer Slams Popular Perfume Brand for Accusing Her of Opening Sealed Perfume Bottle

A lady customer has expressed her frustrations towards the management of a popular perfume brand “This is how u treat people?”.

A Facebook user named Rere Dioleste has shared her disappointing experience at a branch of a popular perfume brand in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. The post immediately circulates online and elicits reactions from the netizens.

Dioleste went to Penshoppe Ayala Bacolod to look for a gift. A perfume in a purple container caught her attention and inspect it from top to bottom. Rere was amazed after seeing the bottle because she is a perfume lover.

The lady customer found an opened perfume bottle and thought it was a tester. Rere asked her boyfriend to smell it but the guard approached and accused them of opening the bottle. The guard called a female staff and explained the incident.

The female staff explained that all bottles is sealed and insisted that the customer opened the perfume. The customer felt offended because she was just wearing slippers and “Pambahay” outfit during that time.

The customer asked the staff to review the CCTV but the employees made an alibi. Her boyfriend decided to buy the items.

“PENSHOPPE AYALA BACOLOD

I just came home from PENSHOPPE AYALA BACOLOD. Naghahanap ako ng pabango for gift sana. So nakita ko ang perfume nato. So I started looking from bottom first since doon naka locate yung mga pabango so nakita ko ang perfume nato I was amazed by its color lalo na yung purple. So as a perfume lover or kung sino man na bumibili ng perfume first instinct is to smell diba at hanapin yung tester. So Nakita ko ang perfume nato na open with the purple one so I thought it was a tester and since kakagaling ko lang sa sakit hindi ganon kaganda pang amoy ko.

So I called my boyfriend to smell it for me. Then suddenly lumapit yung guard samin. He was insisting na inopen ko yung pabango. I explained to him na nakaopen na yun at pinapaamoy ko lang sa bf ko. He said na nakita nya raw inopen ko. Which is imposible kasi yung balot nung pabango maayos ang pagkakatanggal at hindi man lang napunit at bilang isang babae mahirap para hilahin yun kung bubuksan mo talaga. Then tinawag nya yung staff na babae at inexplain na inopen ko. Na offend ako kasi that time naka tsinelas lang ako naka short so maybe he thought I can’t afford to buy. So inexplain nung babae na wala daw dun nakaopen at pilit nila ini-insist na I open the perfume.

Medyo mainit na dugo ko since I’m in a rush na that time at gabi na. I told him to review the cctv ‘coz I know to myself na hindi ko binuksan ang pabango. And you know ano sinagot nya “sa manila pana irequest” (sa manila pa yan irerequest) I was shocked sa sagot nya. Sa isip ko anong pake ko kung sa manila its your job to have the cctv. So ano yun basta² nalang magbibintang without proof. Sumali na sa usapan yung boyfriend ko at sinabi nya na babayaran nalang namin. Biglang sumingit yung staff na babae at sinabi na yung pink lang daw at yung purple di naman ganon ka open. Dahil ayoko ng gulo kinuha ko nlng yung pabango at binayaran.

I was in the counter babayaran ko na nung pinunch nung cashier she asked me if its ok lang daw ba kasi open yung pabango. Sabi ko wala akong choice kasi ininsist nung guard nyo na I open that. Hindi sya nakasagot at tinignan nya lang ang guard.

Penshoppe Please do some actions this is the worst experienced I’ve ever had! Ni hindi nyo dinaan sa legal na paraan or sinabi man lang na Next time please ask for assistance! This is how u treat people? Kasi wala sa standard nyo dahil naka pambahay ako. Sana sinabi nyo at nag gown ako kanina.
