Karla Estrada was able to establish a strong bond with her kids
Queen Mother Karla Estrada revealed what she did to her kids during the campaign season amid the fact that her son Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla supported a different candidate and party.
During the election season, Karla supported and campaigned for the Uniteam, to which the winning tandem of President Bongbong Marcos and Vice President Sara Duterte belong. She also ran for party list representative that supported the BBM-Sara tandem.
On the other hand, Karla’s eldest child Daniel showed support for the opposing team, the tandem of former Vice President Leni Robredo and former Senator Kiko Pangilinan.
At that time, Karla said that there is political freedom in their family and her kids are free to vote for whoever they wanted.
In an episode of TONI, the talk show of Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga, Karla Estrada was asked about having different political views than her son Daniel Padilla.
“The entire campaign season hindi kami nag-uusap ng tungkol sa politika,” the Queen Mother said. She shared that she only talked to her kids on the day she started campaigning.
“Pinatawag ko yung mga anak ko at sinabi ko na lahat. So, noong nasabi ko nang lahat ng unang araw na yun, I felt na hindi ko na siya kailangan ulit-ulitin pa sa kanila,” the actress shared.
Then, Karla said that she realized that they are strong as a family and she was able to instill in her kids that they should love first their family. “Dapat inuuna mong suportahan ang damdamin ng pamilya mo,” she added.
Meanwhile, Karla Estrada said that she is really grateful that she was able to raise her four kids as a single mother. She shared that she really tried to clear her path with so much distraction back then and this is for her kids.
