Commuter Expresses Gratitude Towards Terminal for Providing Electric Fan to Jeep Passengers
A commuter has praised and lauded a terminal for providing an electric fan to jeep passengers waiting for departure.
The Facebook page “Premier Tutorial Childcare” has shared a photo of a terminal providing an electric fan to the jeepney passengers. The post circulates online and earned praise from internet users.
In the photo, it can be seen that the electric fan is facing the passengers inside a public utility jeepney. The simple gesture of the terminal organizer gives comfort to the passengers waiting for departure.
The uploader named Nonie took a jeepney stationed at Aurora, Isabela terminal bound for Cauayan when he saw the fan. Other passengers did not mind it but he appreciate the terminal’s effort.
“[It was] around 10 to 11 am in the morning of Nov 29, [when] I took a jeepney stationed at Aurora, Isabela terminal bound to Cauayan. I was pleased to see the kind but simple gesture of making it a little convenient for commuters,” Nonie said.
The commuter has expressed his gratitude towards the terminal’s management. He is also hoping that Filipinos will continue to show hospitality.
“ The other passengers may have ignored it, but I appreciate it as it is quite uncommon to see that kind of hospitality in public services these days, I posted it with the hope that our hospitality in the home can be extended in outside especially when dealing with other people or common folks,” Nonie added.
