Man Arrested for Pretending to be Cop After Dating Real Policewoman
A man pretending to be a cop has been arrested after dating a real policewoman during a “Blind Date”.
Nowadays, many people are using social media not only to find entertainment and communicate with their loved ones but also to find their soulmates. Some of them were able to get a date.
However, meeting someone online sometimes is not good due to fraudulent schemes. Some internet users were just pretending to be someone and hides their true identity for their own benefit.
A Facebook user named “Jet Aim” has shared her memorable date experience with a man who pretends as a policeman. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the photos, it can be seen that the two were dating and eating at a fast-food restaurant. The guy was still wearing a police uniform while Jet who is working as a policewoman wears a civilian outfit.
The lady cop found out that her suitor was not a real policeman and informed her fellow police officers. The cops set up a “Blind Date” for the two and were able to arrest the suspect whose name has been hidden.
The suspect has been jailed as he faces charges of violation of Art. 177 or Usurpation of Authority or Official Function at Art 179 or illegal use of uniforms and insignia.
