The Miss Planet International 2022 experience of Binibining Pilipinas first runner-up Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol was traumatic. In a previous article, she was recorded begging the organizer to let her and the other girls go home to their respective countries because the pageant has met some problems.
She has already backed out from the pageant and according to her talent manager Wilbert Tolentino, the “uncertainties” of the organizers made them and the other candidates withdraw from the competition.
And just recently, in a Facebook post, Herlene made the “The end 
” post with the teary-eyed emoji and flag of the Philippines.
It has caught the attention of many people and many sympathized with her in the comment section. People online offered words of encouragement for her to not give up and close her doors for opportunities. One commenter even said that it’s not yet the end, it’s only the beginning.

Budol has been known in the industry as Hipon Girl. She is the first runner-up of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 pageant.
In the same pageant, she received special awards such as Manila Bulletin Readers’ Choice Award, Binibining Shein, JAG Queen, Binibining Pizza Hut 2022, Binibining Silka, Binibining Kumu, and Binibining World Balance.
