Many hearts were touched as Vice Ganda and Tyang Amy performed to give tribute to workers and PWDs.
VICE GANDA – Madlang people were touched after watching the Magpasikat performance of Vice Ganda and Amy Perez.
For this year, the teams for the Magpasikat are:
- MONDAY – Anne Curtis, Ion Perez, and Jackie
- TUESDAY – Jhong Hilario and Ryan Bang
- WEDNESDAY – Kim Chiu, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy Corpuz
- THURSDAY – Vice Ganda and Amy Perez
- FRIDAY – Ogie Alcasid and Karylle
Last Monday, Anne’s team kicked off this event with a performance that tackles a mother’s love. The concept is something very personal to her as she is a mother herself.
On Tuesday, Jhong and Ryan showed the cultures of the Philippines and South Korea. In the same performance, they noted that despite the differences between these two countries, friendship and respect remain intact.
Kim with musicians Teddy and Jugs, on the other hand, gave madlang people a concert treat. Their performance celebrated Filipino music and famous singers and songwriters were with them this performance.
And this Thursday, Vice and Tyang Amy gave a performance which many can pick up lessons from. It was a performance where witnesses were able to reflect on a lot of things in their lives.
The powerful performance honored differently-abled people who use their hands to create great things. And one of the highlights is silence that went on for a minute that was dedicated to the deaf community.
