2 Men Discovered with Harassment Cases after Applying for NBI Clearance
Authorities arrested two (2) men that are wanted for harassment cases after applying for clearance at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
In Nueva Ecija, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) detained two people who were accused of r6pe. The wanted suspects were recognized as Vincent Emmanuel Gan y De Guzman and Jose Jr. Bido y Lopez.
After requesting NBI Clearance, they were both detained by agents from the NBI-Cabanatuan District Office (NBI-CABDO). Based on the report, NBI Clearance Quality Control found that Bido had a record of being “wanted” in an r6pe case.
Bido’s criminal history was discovered by the NBI-CABDO in collaboration with the RTC Branch 18, Bacoor, Cavite. On the other hand, it was also determined that De Guzman was “at large” because of the same r6pe case at RTC Branch 23, Trece Martires, Cavite.
De Guzman likewise requested for NBI clearance. The NBI claims that the two accused arrest shows that NBI Clearance is the most dependable clearance service in the nation. All criminal histories are kept in one central location by the NBI.
The NBI-CABDO is grateful for the RTC Branch 19 and 23’s full cooperation, in particular the clerks of both courts, in order to quickly verify and transmit the record to the court of the accused. Also commended NBI-CAVIDO North and South staff, Agents-in-Charge Eric Mercado and Jun Astrero, for their interdistrict civility and collaboration.
