Willie Revillame Explains AMBS Decision To Stop Live Streaming of Wowowin On Facebook & Youtube
WOWOWIN – Host Willie Revillame explained his decision with AMBS management to stop the live streaming of his program on Facebook and YouTube.
Wowowin made its television debut on GMA in May 2015 and quickly gained popularity for its variety of easy games with generous cash prizes. It is hosted by Willie Revillame.
Revillame has recently been confirmed to have signed a contract with a new tv network. He signed with Advanced Media Broadcasting Systems (AMBS). The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) authorized AMBS to utilize the frequencies that ABS-CBN had been using before the denial of the franchise renewal bid. This is Manny Villar’s new company, and they have been given a 25-year franchise to run on channel 16.
Based on a report from PEP, Willie Revillame just announced the suspension of Wowowin’s live streaming on Facebook and YouTube. It started on Monday night, September 26, 2022.
This is because he and the management of AMBS want the public to focus on watching the ALLTV Network.
“Wala tayong Facebook at YouTube ngayon kasi ang gusto namin ng AMBS management ay nakatutok kayo sa TV.
“Ang hirap manood sa cell phone kung kayo ho ay nasa biyahe,” he added.

Willie Revillame also announced that Wowowin and ALLTV’s Sunday variety program will be shown at the new AMBS studios in Starmall on Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, starting in January 2023.
The 61-year-old host mentioned that Anthony Taberna’s weekly program will soon start, which will be aired every Saturday on the newly opened tv network.
“May mga pagbabago itong October at November sa ALLTV. Abangan niyo sa announcement kung ano po iyan at ang mga bagong programa…”
“Si Ka Tunying po, si Anthony Taberna, magkakaroon siya ng programa every Saturday. Ang importante ho, malalaman ninyo ang programming na ginagawa natin,” he added.
