In the video, it can be seen that several police officers apprehended the jeepney driver. The passengers also complained about the inappropriate actions of the cops who failed to justify their actions.
After a few moments, the police officers urged the driver to get out of his jeepney and handcuffed him. The passengers defended the driver and expressed their willingness to testify against the cops.
