Video of People Having Long Queue to Buy Soft Drinks in Kidapawan City Earns Reactions Online
The long queue of people purchasing soft drinks in Kidapawan City goes viral online and elicits comments from the netizens.
The Facebook page DXND Radyo Bida Kidapawan has shared video footage of numerous residents queueing at a store with the aim to buy soft drinks. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that several residents were having a long queue hoping to buy soft drinks in Kidapawan City. The customers even observed a number coding system for an organized transaction.
However, not everyone on the line could buy it due to the limited supply of soda drinks. The seller only sells one box per person so other customers could also get one. People from other cities even visit Kidapawan to buy soda.
Some customers even start to fall in line as early as 1:00 am just to secure soft drinks. Most of them buy soda beverages for reselling while some buys for their own consumption.
Previously, several soda companies have suspended their operations due to the shortage of premium refined sugar, which is a key ingredient in making soft drinks.

Pero kahit pa nakakuha na ng numero ang bibili, walang kasiguraduhan na makakauwi ito ng kahit na isang kahon man lang ng softdrinks.
Limitado lang kasi ang supply kaya paunahan nalang ang mga nais na makakuha at makabili.
Tag iisang kahon lang din ang binibigay para mabigyan din ang lahat ng mga pumila.
Hindi lang taga Kidapawan City ang pumila maging ang mga mula sa kalapit na mga bayan ng Cotabato sa Kidapawan narin nagpupupunta para makabili lang ng soft drinks.
May mga pumila pa nga ng bandang ala una ng madaling araw, masiguro lang na kahit isang kahon man lang ay may maiuuwi sila at may maibebenta sa kanilang tindahan.”
