Sara Duterte Will Reward Cluster W/ Lowest COVID-19 Cases
SARA DUTERTE – Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte announced that she will give 10,000 Jollibee Chickenjoy, 10,000 soft drinks to the cluster with the lowest COVID-19 cases.

They have taken drastic measures to control the spread of the virus from China. Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte is among the politicians who have been proactive in the coronavirus fight.
Recently, Mayor Sara Duterte signed an executive order to suspend all national and local celebrations in Davao City. The cancellation of their festivities will be lifted on January 1, 2021.
“All city and national government celebrations, parties, anniversaries, and festivities will be cancelled, while the commemoration of important dates and legal holidays should be kept short. Big celebrations are advised to be postponed until 2021,” the EO read.
Based on a report from Sunstar, Sara Duterte will reward any of the six district clusters with the lowest COVID-19 cases after May 31. She said the winning cluster will receive 10,000 bottles of 1-liter Coke and 10,000 Jollibee Chickenjoy.
The contest of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s daughter was in response to their city’s clustering system. She decided the city as part of their COVID-19 response.
According to the report, Sara Duterte said there’s nothing wrong with their “cluster wars.” Aside from fighting the pandemic, it can also entertain the public. She appealed to the resident to refrain from roaming the city because they have new coronavirus positive cases
“There’s nothing wrong with that. Pero gusto unta nako ni mahimong positive…Magbuhat mo og pamaagi nga… dili mutaas inyong positive cases diraa sa inyong lugar,” she said.
