MTPB Personnel Caught on Camera Violating Traffic Policy
The online community lambasted a disobedient MTPB personnel for violating the traffic rules and regulations.
The Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau is a credible and unprejudiced Traffic Enforcement Unit which ensures public safety and enhances the community. The group is responsible for supervising the flow of traffic in the National Capital Region.
Traffic enforcers are public servants hired by the government to control and manage the flow of traffic. They are tasked to implement traffic rules and regulations for the safety of everyone.
Road enforcers are tasked to apprehend motorcycle riders and vehicle drivers who will violate the traffic policy. They should also set an example
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared video footage of a disobedient MTPB personnel who violates the traffic rules and regulations. The video goes viral and garnered various reactions from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the traffic light shows a red sign, which prohibits vehicles to pass until the light turns green. Unfortunately, a tricycle driver beats the red light and an MTPB personnel followed.
The MTPB employee neglected the traffic light and beat the red light to cross the road in an instant. He also nearly hit several pedestrians passing along the road for driving recklessly. A cyclist also followed him and beat the red light.
