3 Students Sharing Small Amount of Food for Lunch Break Hearts of Netizens

Three students went viral online after they were spotted sharing a small hotdog and a few veggies for lunch.

A Facebook user named Cajes Rab or Barry Anthony Cajes has shared the heartbreaking photo of three students sharing a small amount of food for lunch. The post garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the photo, it can be seen that the three students were enjoying a small amount of food. However, the young students still show happiness and positivity despite their situation in life.

Cajes narrated that he was about to put his phone by the laboratory window to catch a good network signal because their school is located in a mountainous area when he found the three students eating lunch.

The teacher was moved after seeing the students sharing a piece of hotdog and fried vegetables. He decided to take a photo after he had a reflection on seeing the situation of the young boys.

“Natuwa lang ako sa kanila kasi habang kinakain nila ung tanghalian nila, they were enjoying it. Magkaharap ung magkapatid kasi isang lunch box lang ang dala nila, Doon ako medyo naantig sa part na ung ulam nila ay maliit na hotdog at gulay na nilagyan lamang ng harina. Pero kahit ganun pa man, nakitaan ko sila ng kasiyahan,” Cajes said.

The students have been identified as Ruel and Rayven who were both in grade 8 and Reyjie, Ruel’s brother, who is currently in Grade 9.

“Whatever the circumstances [are], choose happiness over sadness, and positivity over negativity. After all, life is worth living,” Cajes wrote in his post.
