Billy Crawford, Dance Partner Gives Routine a Well-deserved Standing Ovation
Billy Crawford and his dance partner Fauve Hautot got a standing ovation from France’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’ judges and audience after their performance
Billy is one of the artists who is seen on TV almost every day. He is one of the hosts of TV5’s noontime show ‘Lunch Out Loud’ which is airing on Monday and Tuesday. Aside from this, he is also doing a show on GMA, The Wall Philippines.
It is known to many that Billy made a successful career in Europe and in the US as well. Before moving to TV 5, he was a TV host for ABS-CBN, some of the shows he hosted include Pinoy Dream Academy, Your Face Sounds Familiar, Pilipinas Got Talent, Pinoy Boyband Superstar, Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids, and Little Big Shots and Idol Philippines.
Billy Crawford previously announced that he will be part of Danse avec les stars (DALS), the French version of the dance reality show ‘Dancing with the Stars. In the contest, celebrities are paired with professional dancers to compete in ballroom and Latin dance.
The 40-year-old celebrity got off to a strong start on the dance reality show. His wife Coleen Garcia shared a clip from the show’s 12th season premiere on Instagram on Friday.
In the video shared by Coleen, the judges can be seen giving Billy Crawford and his dance partner Fauve Hautot a standing ovation. They are obviously impressed with the skill they shown on the show.
Billy did the cha-cha with Fauve to Harry Styles’ “Watermelon Sugar.” The Fil-Am dancer appeared to be shocked after he and Fauve received immunity buzzes from all four judges, making their tandem automatically qualified.
Coleen could not help but gush over her hubby’s proud moment. She said, “SO PROUD!!!! Congratulations @billycrawford & @fauvehautot! You guys were amazing!”
