JOVELYN GALLENO UPDATE: Lady Victim’s DNA Result Revealed

JOVELYN GALLENO UPDATE – The DNA resultS of the lady victim has been released by the police authorities.

Last week, Philippine National Police found the alleged remains of Jovelyn Galleno in Sto. Pulang Lupa, Brgy. Sta. Lourdes in Palawan. However, the remains have to go for an autopsy and DNA test for confirmation.

The authorities also found identification cards and other belongings of Galleno beside the remains. One of the suspects named Leobert Dasmariñas gives details and information regarding the location of Galleno’s remains.

On Tuesday (August 30, 2022), the Facebook page “Super Radyo DYSP 909Khz Palawan” reported that the DNA results of Jovelyn Galleno has been released. The post immediately goes viral online.

RPIO PRO 4-B MIMAROPA PCPT Clyde Kalyawen announced that the DNA test result of the lady victim is 99.9% positive. The samples came from the remains found at Brgy. Sta. Lourdes in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

NBI will still conduct a parallel investigation regarding the case. The Galleno family has yet to release a statement regarding the test results.

“Inanunsyo ni PCPT Clyde Kalyawen ng RPIO PRO 4-B MIMAROPA na lumalabas sa DNA test na 99.9% na kay Jovelyn Galleno nga ang kalansay na nakita sa Sitio Pulang Lupa sa Brgy. Sta. Lourdes, lungsod ng Puerto Princesa nitong nagdaang Martes, August 23, 2022.

Ang naturang DNA test ay nagmula sa isinumiteng samples mula sa nakitang kalansay at samples naman mula sa pamilya nito.

Inilabas ang resulta sa ginawang PULIS @ UR SERBIS RELOADED ngayong araw August 30, 2022.

Sa kabila nito ay nagsasagawa pa rin ng parallel investigation ang NBI kaugnay sa kaso ni Jovelyn Galleno.”
